Today we willk talk about the contributions of Rennyo Shonin to our Shin buddhist services. Rennyo Shonin was the 8th Monshu of the Hongwanji Tradition, direct descendants of Shinran Shonin. He influenced the design of our altar settings and the chants we use even to this day.
